This site collects as little as it is possible to arrange. No Google Analytics, no advertising, no retargeting, no comments, no sign-up. Unless you start a video, nothing leaves this server while you read. What does happen is set out below — in full, and without boilerplate for things that do not happen here.

What happens when you simply read
Server logs. Every request is logged by the web server: IP address, time, the address requested, the browser string. This cannot technically be avoided; it serves operation and defence against attack. The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting. The server belongs to Hetzner Online GmbH, which processes the above on our behalf.
Cloudflare. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which absorbs attacks and delivers pages faster. Cloudflare therefore sees your IP address. A processor; transfers to the United States rest on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Images, fonts, scripts. These files are delivered by BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny CDN, Slovenia) from servers near you. Your IP address is technically necessary for that too. A processor.
Our own visit counter. We count how often a page is opened — nothing more. What is stored is the page’s number, a counter and a timestamp. So that one visit is not counted twice, a one-way checksum is also created; it is deleted after 24 hours. Your IP address is not stored in the clear, and neither is your browser string, referring address or any account. No profile is built, and nobody but us sees these numbers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing what is read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object by switching on Do Not Track in your browser — we honour it.
What is stored on your device

All six serve only the function you asked for yourself. They are therefore strictly necessary within the meaning of Art. 22.2 of Spain’s Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), which implements Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, and require no consent.
The exercises in the learning section are evaluated entirely in your browser. We do not learn which exercises you did, how you answered, or how often you practise. Our visit counter sees none of it either: it counts page views, not exercises. You can delete what is stored at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Videos
Some pages carry a video from YouTube. It loads only once you agree — before that no connection to Google is made, and we have measured this. Once you agree, the player loads from Google Ireland Limited, and your IP address and your use of the player then also reach Google servers in the United States, including Google’s advertising domains. Whether Google associates this with an account depends on whether you are signed in to Google, which is outside our control. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time through „Cookie-Präferenzen“ in the footer.
If you write to us
If you write to the address above, we process your message and your contact details in order to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep such messages for as long as the matter requires.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to a newsletter or to e-mail notifications, we process your email address together with the date, time, and source of your sign-up — the latter as proof of your consent. Sign-up uses double opt-in: your address is added to the list only after you click the confirmation link we send you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
The mailing is delivered by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland) acting as our processor. MailerLite stores the data on servers within the European Union; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. If you unsubscribe, your address is not deleted there but kept marked unsubscribed — precisely so that it is not mailed again. We will delete it entirely on request; write to the address above. What does not happen here
So that you need not hunt for it between boilerplate paragraphs: no third-party analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking, no social-media pixels, no comment function, no sales, and no disclosure of your data to third parties for their own purposes. Links to YouTube, X or Facebook are ordinary links: they transmit nothing until you click them.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
